Locations
For your convenience, Center for Primary Care has five (5) office locations with evening hours until 8 pm Monday through Friday at all offices. CPC-Central, near Doctors Hospital, is also open on weekends for established CPC patients with acute health care needs that require prompt attention.
Note: CPC’s weekend clinic is moving!
As of Saturday, August 28, acute care services for CPC
patients will be provided ONLY at CPC-Crossroads.
